Essential oils are extracted from flowers, leaves, stems, branches parts of various aroma plants. 

Organic essential oils are extracted from wild (the flower seeds are planted in the wild and grown naturally) or from organically grown flowers. 

Quality essential oils are the basic prescription of aromatherapy; the quality of essential oils has great effect on the efficacy of aromatherapy. Each type of essential oil has its own characteristics; it is easy to differentiate which essential oil prescriptions should be used to soothe your body and mind. For instance, lavender relaxes and comforts, while rosemary relaxes the muscles and relieves fatigue.
